So I might be a little late on the fishnet train, but a little late than never, right?? Most of the time I have an outfit idea that pops into my head to style, then I play with accessories to complete the look. BUT, this time, I couldn't think of a look for the life of me! I knew I wanted all eyes to be on these Berkshire fishnet thigh highs; I went to my closet and spent quite a bit of time trying on clothes till something clicked (eventually it did) - And this look was the final outcome!
When all else fails, an over-sized button-down to the rescue! I loved the way this long blouse gives some sexy to the look. I paired it with a skinny belt and added a faux fur vest for some extra shape and structure. You guys know by now, I always have to add that bit of extra to my style. 😉 A skirt or long blouse usually does the trick to accentuate the legs - As long as you keep the hem above the knees. Keeping the top of your body covered up brings almost full attention to the legs in this instance. This causes the eye to jump straight to the hem (edge of the outfit) of the skirt and legs, giving the illusion of long legs.
Lastly, I loved the way this gold accent choker fit the look perfectly and has the most unique detail. I opened up the blouse to resemble a v-neck, in order to draw the eye to the neck. I balanced it with black and gold detail shoes to bring the look together. What do you guys think? Let me know below! As always, hope you guys enjoyed the post!
Thanking you so much for visiting!
